We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for Quebec customers, Law 25.

What we collect

  • Your email, vehicle type and the VIN or HIN you enter.
  • Payment details, which are collected by Whop, not by us.
  • Basic site analytics.

What reports contain

Reports describe the vehicle, not people. They never include previous owners’ names, addresses or contact details.

Who we share with

We send only the VIN or HIN to CARFAX Canada, VinAudit or BoatHistoryReports to generate your report. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. You can ask us to see or delete your other data at any time.
