1. Who we are

TorontoVIN (“we”, “us”) sells vehicle and boat history reports as an independent authorized reseller of CARFAX Canada, VinAudit and BoatHistoryReports. These terms apply to every purchase on this website.

2. What you are buying

Each report is a digital product compiled by our data partners from records reported to them by governments, insurers, auctions, lenders, repair shops and other sources. We deliver it as generated.

3. Delivery

Reports are delivered by email within 12–14 working hours of payment. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Eastern, excluding Ontario statutory holidays.

4. Limits of a report

No provider receives every event. A report showing no accident does not mean the vehicle has never had one. Combine a report with an inspection by a licensed mechanic or marine surveyor before you buy.

5. Your responsibilities

You must enter the correct VIN or HIN and choose the correct vehicle type. You may use reports for your own purchase, sale or financing decision. You may not resell or republish them.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Whop in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for decisions you make based on a report.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Your rights under your own province’s consumer protection law are not affected.
